ABSTRACT
Fungal keratitis are important problem in ophthalmology. The most often isolated ethiologic factors are Candida species, Fusarium species and Aspergillus species. Microbiological diagnostics of mycotic infections is long-lasting and has low susceptibility. Effectiveness of antifungal therapy is limited by pathogenes resistance and specific pharmacokinetics of medications used in therapy of eye ball infections.
